Our client-led consultation with the LKS Team. The Design Hour is a focused design meeting to address concerns, transitions between spaces, material selections, and other design details to give you the confidence to move forward with your project.
This service can be repeated for review and give insight at any point in your project.

Design Advisory (other services)
Includes services like The Room Edit and Kitchen Update.
These are smaller refresh or edit programs designed for focused updates that do not involve a full-scale construction project.

No. Design and purchasing fees do not include construction, labor, or installation costs. These are contracted directly with your builder or trades.
Each service includes a defined number of revisions.
Additional meetings or changes outside of the original programming are billed separately and discussed in advance.

Once approved, sourcing, purchasing, and ordering are handled entirely by LK Studio Design.
We select products through our trusted network of vendors, fabricators, and artisans, then manage ordering, tracking, and delivery coordination to ensure everything aligns with the approved design.
This approach allows us to maintain quality, accuracy, and continuity throughout your project.
For projects that include purchasing services, all purchasing is completed through LK Studio.
